Processing may be based on: contractual necessity; legal obligations; legitimate interests connected with delivering education consultancy services; consent where required; and protection of vital interests where applicable. Special category data will only be processed where a lawful basis and an additional condition under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 applies.
