My coaching programme typically comprises eight to ten one-hour sessions, delivered in person or online, with scheduling tailored to each client. They are designed to support tangible, sustainable personal and professional improvement.
Independent Investigation
I provide impartial disciplinary, grievance, complaints and workplace investigation services to schools, multi-academy trusts, colleges and other educational organisations. I am an experienced Investigation Officer, conducting interviews, reviewing and analysing evidence, and producing clear, independent reports. I work closely with your HR team to ensure compliance with your procedures and governance.
Consultancy and Support
With extensive experience in school leadership and history education, I welcome discussions about tailored support or training to meet your organisation’s requirements. I offer bespoke training packages, school-level support and targeted professional development. I also specialise in working with history departments on curriculum design, departmental improvement and strategic planning.
